1. Perishable Nature of Flowers
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and custom floral arrangements, all sales are final.
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for products that are not damaged, defective, or incorrectly
fulfilled.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, wilted, or significantly different from what was described, please
notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will review
the issue promptly. If eligible, we may offer:
- A replacement arrangement,
- A full or partial refund,
- Store credit for future use.
To assess your claim, please send us:
- A clear photo of the received item,
- Your order number and delivery details,
- A brief explanation of the issue.
3. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled for a full refund only if the request is made at least 24 hours before the
scheduled delivery or pickup. After that time, cancellations may not be honored due to the
preparation of perishable materials.
4. Custom and Event Orders
Custom floral designs and large event orders (including weddings, corporate events, etc.) are
non-refundable once confirmed and floral processing has begun. Each case will be reviewed
individually in the event of a dispute.
5. Delivery Responsibility
Please ensure the delivery address and recipient information are accurate. We are not responsible
for delivery delays or failed deliveries due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address,
- Recipient not being available at the time of delivery.
Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
